Products can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
For Minor faults or problems with a Product, we can offer a repair of the product.
No refund or exchange is provided for any other reason or where the product is found to be not faulty.
If the Product is found not to have any problems, then the Customer will be liable for any transport / return and other associated costs.

Items must be returned to the Kingsgrove store.
Proof of purchase eg. Invoice and Items to be in original condition and must not have any damage or have been used.
